All the pneumatic and electrical versions require external air. Thanks to this feature the operator can program the machine to work with an automatic cycle. This will allow the operator to feed the machine while the sealing bar goes up and down as programmed (i.e. every 2secs, 3secs, etc.). If the operator does not wish to use this feature, they could use a foot pedal to activate the sealing bar.
Impulse sealing
Automatic cycling of sealing bar – Automatic product discharge into waiting shrink tunnel.
Heat-shrinking tunnel
Heat-shrinking operation is adjusted by setting the tunnel temperature and speed.
All of the above L-Sealers and shrink tunnels work with all Dynaclear shrink films as well as most shrink films on the market. |
