- Semi and Fully Auto L-Sealers – Use as a stand-alone unit to batch count fixed counts into a catch tray for manual removal and placement onto an in-feed conveyor.
- Collating – Create a turn-key system integrated with multiple units for collation and kit fulfillment of paper type products. Ideal for stand-alone use or inline with your wrappers / poly-baggers.

The XTREME XM-100 Bulk Product Feeder is designed to automatically load hoppers of most horizontal feeding systems including friction feeders, shuttle feeders, rotary drum feeders, inserter hoppers, and much more.
Simply bulk load paper type products in a shingled manner on the three adjustable six-foot long conveyor belts, set the speed, and go. Starting and stopping of the belts are controlled by a photo-sensor that monitors the stack height of the hopper. When the stack height falls below the range of the sensor, the belts automatically start to deliver additional product into the hopper. Once the stack height is in range of the sensor, the belts stop. It’s that simple!
The XM-100 comes standard with a heavy-duty adjustable stand with locking casters that allows for mobility throughout your production area so you can use it on a wide variety of paper processing machines.
