| Series
5100 platform automatic high profile turntable (13" H) spiral
stretch wrap systems will wrap up to 35 loads per hour, maximum
load capacity 52" W x 52" L x 84" H weighing up to
4000#. Our "Rapid Thread" power pre-stretch 20" film
delivery is one of the safest, easiest to load, and operator friendly
systems available. Series 5100 "Simply Better" systems
include an automatic operation to keep the driver / operator on
the forklift, turntable speeds up to 15 RPM, easy to use controls,
separate top and bottom wrap counters, variable speed controls for
turntable(s) and film carriage drive motors, automatic load height
sensor (ALHS) photoeye, automatic pneumatically actuated film clamp,
cut and wipe down devices for positive film tail security to the
load, remote start / stop station, standard industrial type push
buttons, PLC logic, NEMA 12 enclosures, and electro-static powder
coated paint finish. Standard electrical input requirement is 115V
20 Amps. Pneumatic requirement is 3 CFM @ 80 PSI. All Series 5100
systems are protected by our standard 3 year warranty policy. Many
standard options are available to adapt the Series 5100 to most
applications. Special options are available upon request. |
