The ECOPACK sleeve packaging systems represent, within
the DIBIPACK range, a proposal based on a strongly oriented industrial
foreground. Available in many versions, matching the type of automatisms-assembled
and the sizes of the sealing bars, the ECOPACK are bundling machines
with electrical-mechanical running and manual or in-line belt in
feed. Feeding and unloading of the products are carried out by conveyor
belts realized with sizes adapted to specific needs of both the
client and the product.
The handling of the pieces and their subsequent treatment are controlled
by photocell system in the automatic version, while in the semi
automatic one the loading is carried out by the operator itself.
The semi automatic models, instead of the conveyor belts, offer
a different product loading system carried out by pneumatic pusher.
The general feature of all the machines of this line is to produce
a bundle able to many kinds of products. The maximum sizes of the
pieces to be wrapped determines the length of the sealing bar and
the measurements of the mouth of the shrinking tunnel, also considering
the maximum width of the utilizable film.
On the sealers, at the beginning of the line, the product is placed
and transported (by mechanical pusher on the semi automatic; or
by belt, automatically) beyond the sealing bars, thus pulling the
necessary quantity of film. Then, the piece rolled up in the plastic
material is introduced by a conveyor belt into the tunnel, the temperature
of which is kept constant thanks to the thermostat.
This detail, together with an optimized speed of the moving belt,
guarantees the ideal shrinking of any kind of film and the absolute
quality of the wrapping. Usually, the conveyor belt is made of steel
mesh (but, for particular models and needs, it is realized with
Teflon rolls). The film spools are placed on external support rolls
to simplify to the maximum the operations of replacement. The unwinding
is automatic.
Within a standard production, the ECOPACK line produces several
kinds of models, with sealing bars respectively from 19.5"
to 48.75" (and opening in height from 9.25" to 17.5").
On request, particular versions with personalized measurement for
the bars and the tunnel can be realized (with heights of passage
and lengths adapted to the different needs).
