HP2100 semi-automatic high profile turntable (11" H) spiral
stretch wrap systems will wrap up to 30 loads per hour, maximum
load capacity 60" W x 60" L x 84" H weighing up to
4000#. Our "Rapid Thread" power pre-stretch 20" film
delivery is one of the safest, easiest to load, and operator friendly
systems available. Series HP2100 "Simply Better" systems
include turntable speeds up to 15 RPM, easy to use controls, separate
top and bottom wrap counters, variable speed controls for turntable(s)
and film carriage drive motors, automatic load height sensor (ALHS)
photo eye, standard industrial type push buttons, relay control
logic, NEMA 12 enclosures, and electro-static powder coated paint
finish. Standard electrical input requirement is 115V 15 Amps. All
Series 2100 systems are protected by our standard 3-year warranty
policy. Many standard options are available to adapt the Series
2100 to most applications. Special options are available upon request. |
